Bruce Lee Brazil

This one was a little different. The request was for a Bruce Lee cover but I didn’t think that Bruce ever made it to the cover of the Rolling Stone but Patricia did some digging and found this amazing Brazilian cover. So I went to work remaking this cover for her husband Mark and it turned out amazing. If you don’t know the legend of Bruce Lee, I really don’t have space here to give you the whole story, but Bruce basically brought martial arts to the big screen in a big way back in the 70’s. And in doing so, became a cultural legend more so after his untimely death. On July 20, 1973, Bruce died in Hong Kong at age 32 from brain edema.

This is done in acrylic, pencil, ink, spray paint, silver leaf, and finished in resin.
